Making Things Clear

hello.

i was supposed to be studying right now, but i can't focus at the moment (or maybe i'm being lazy; or i don't feel like studying; or maybe i'm having the urge to spit this out right now). yes, take all the options because they are all true. 

i actually just watched random YouTube videos just now while having my late dinner. and i came across with Hazeman Huzir's video - talking about a trending issue a few weeks ago. and that was about Fxnn Jxmal who's commenting about the rape culture. (long story short: she commented about how rape was actually started from those people that dressed or behave indecently on social media - and those people triggers those potential rapers to rape. #do refer to the original video to judge)

i like how Haze commented about this issues, by stating this clearly:

'rogol itu jenayah. apa pun penyebabnya, takkan mengubah status jenayah tersebut. tidak perlu menuding jadi terhadap sesuatu perkara untuk mencari salah mangsa bagi membenarkan kejadian tersebut. salah tetap salah. 

bagi setiap sesuatu masalah, ada jalan penyelesaiannya samada setelah berlaku masalah tersebut iaitu dengan hukuman; atau sebelum masalah tersebut terjadi iaitu dengan pencegahan.

saya percaya pendekatan Fxnn adalah lebih kepada pencegahan. jadi tiada salahnya dengan pendekatan tersebut, cuma beliau tidak sepatutnya mengeluarkan kenyataan sebegitu rupa.'

there, there. see? the different approach of stating opinions to the public. best - in a clear statement to avoid any further misunderstanding from hundreds/thousands of internet users. you just don't simply say A equals to B without even connecting the dots of how it relates to each other. and of course, evidences are needed - if you would like to give a 'you-can't-argue-this' statement. otherwise, your points are just pointless. 

ok, let's put it in this way

About FJ's - (from what i understand from her viral videos) - she some sort of like saying, the rape happened because of those people on social media trigger those rapers to possess the urge to 'have control over someone's body'. 

Haze, Wardina etc - and me: (i think we grasp the same concept so far) think that this is a multifactorial matter. a lot of things involve to cause this problem to happen. which i can conclude as one - lack of basic foundation of spiritual wellness - as in 'kefahaman agama'. i can't pin point which cabang ilmu agama that is important-er than other, but growing up in a religious environment, - i can feel that a good foundation/basic knowledge is necessary. VERY. even if you're thinking of doing something stupid/bad, that deepest core in your brain will knock on your conscious - to bring you back to sense. 

that's why basic knowledge about certain thing is important even though you don't really practice it in real life. lol.

dan konklusinya..

dalam sesuatu isu, ada masanya A boleh terus disamakan dengan B. dan dalam isu yang lain, A hanyalah boleh dikaitkan dengan B bila diwujudkan dalam sesuatu situasi; dan situasi itu bukanlah perkara yang selalu berlaku dalam kehidupan harian; dan B pula boleh dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor-faktor lain.

jadi, janganlah sewenang-wenangnya menghukumi orang lain, biarpun mereka itu mangsa keadaan ataupun tidak. hentikanlah menjadikan seorang yang berakhlak buruk itu sebagai wakil kepada sesebuah golongan manusia. cukuplah menghukum orang berdasarkan salah orang lain. bukankah..

وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ

"Dan (ketahuilah), seseorang pemikul tldak akan memikul dosa perbuatan orang lain." 

jadi, berpada-padalah dalam melontarkan buah pemikiran. semoga tidak menjadi orang yang menyebabkan Islam kelihatan buruk di mata orang.
