still walking
helo.
how's everyone doing now? great? cool cool. keep doing that, you look good.
this is just another post of 'hi-im-just-dropping-by'. to be honest, i don't really know what should i post here on blogspot. should i post something informative or just to keep it personal - as for my so-called online diary.
but here i am, just some random rants every now and then.
as for my life update, i'm currently still in my routine of boring-working-life. but to highlight some, i was with pusat pemberian vaksin (PPV) for 2 weeks in early august. not gonna lie, it was suuuuch an experience. i get to poke someone's shoulder.. with needles.. *insert smirk-creepy-smile* :P the work was fun, in a way. i don't know, though i am an introvert, i do enjoy meeting people at the facility. i enjoy seeing their excitedness and whatever reaction that they have towards getting vaccinated. elders.. youngsters.. all of them, with different kind of vibes each.
this one incident at PPV that i just can't forget is probably about this one chinese kid, in his early 20's. he seems okay at first. and i'm just doing the scripted explanation - 'ok dik, angkat lengan baju tempat nak cucuk ye.' he obeyed. and i thought everything was well. i locate the deltoid, pull out the needle cap, insert it right through, administered the vaccine. aaaaand the moment i withdrew the needle, i literally can see how he slowly vanished into the darkness... *cough cough* :P jk jk. he literally 'tumbang' to opposite way, hitting his head at the 'tiang divider booth'. heck. i was heeeella scaaared. in my head at that time was, 'holyshayt man. what did i missed? is he having seizure? allergic reaction? or was it my technique wrong? damn. im a ded man. how am i going to survive the court? i got no money. my practicing license gonn be suspended. ded man, really ded.' my booth started getting attention from everyone. heck. everybody's asking about what's wrong. and i'm frigginnn clueless. buuuuut, THANK GOD, not even a minute after, the kid gained his consciousness, he stood by himself (partially assisted by the nurses there) saying that he's all okay. whew~ he even asked, 'saya pengsan ke tadi?' (': 'dik...'
alhamdulillah, eventful one, but he's all okay. most probably vasovagal syncope because he was too anxious. this condition causes sudden drop in blood pressure, soo less blood flow to the brain - which causing the temporary shut down of the brain function. thus, faint. it is completely harmful (i think). well, this one incident marked the very significant thing to my ppv experience though.
and right after that 2 weeks at PPV, i was required to do my posting at the nearest hospital - under 'jabatan bedah mulut' and paediatric dentisty department for 2 months, 1 month each.
well, to describe my experiences that i gained there in details, might take a whole day. but to conclude it in one word - 'AAAAAAAA' okay it's not a word, and not an A plus plus - but it is more of an expression. Aaaaaaaaaaaaa. it was tiringgg, but in a good way. i learnt a lot. but a lot means - there's a lot more that i don't know. i met a lot of professionals that are just.. nice. and kind. aand.. nice. i don't really know how to describe it, but i enjoyed 2 months at that hospital. i enjoyed the journey. full of valuable experiences. for real. hmm i might need another post for that since now already 0009 and this working lady right here needs to work tomorrow morning. so let us save the idea for later (which i don't know when. we'll see.)
well well, that concludes my 'still walking' post - the me that still strive through.
till then. stay cool, people.
