life update

they said, time flies fast when you enjoy it the most.  it has been a year that i haven't update anything on this page. a lot has been going on (for sure) for the past few months and it has been both, good and bad. but anyhow alhamdulillah 'ala kulli haal - the bittersweet. since the last post, i have.. engaged, married, got pregnant and now i'm currently in my confinement leave, day 8 post-partum. alhamdulillah, when i said that a lot of things had happened, i mean - A LOT LOT that i'm still taking my time to process everything in.  like i said in the previous post, the engagement happened on march 4, 2022 @ 1 sha'ban 1443H. then the akad happened few months after, on july 8, 2022 @ 8 zulhijjah 1443H. aaaand a month after (the exact one month - august 8, 2022), we were blessed with the news of my pregnancy. alhamdullilah for the rizq. i can't deny, Allah ease everything for both of us that i couldn't be anymore grateful.  my pregnancy journey was such a ble...

unexpected phase

short update. hola. how is everyone doing? great? cool. that's cool.  anyway, this post is going to be another rant/my life update, once in awhile. soo today (07.04.2022) marks 1 year anniversary of me in working life. alhamdulillah, a year full of experiences.  and for my life update, i am now engaged to a guy that i can see myself growing old together with. we are still in a phase of getting to know each other better. and it has been 2 months now since we were first introduced to each other. i know, it is still early but i was/am convinced that we could and would work this thing out.  aaaand a little background story, we were introduced by a so-called 'ketua muslimat' at my area. she was the middle man between my mother-his mother. then, the phone number exchange happened. fast forward to a week of talking, we decided to tie it in a knot.  we were engaged a month after, on 04.03.2022 @ 01 shaa'ban. alhamdulillah, everything went well.  he is a good guy. really...

healthy lifestyle

hello. although today is 11th of February, i hope it's not too late for me to say - 'Happy New Year 2022!' .. *crickets' sound* okay that's it. back to the topic. sooo today, like the title suggested above, i am going to rant about healthy lifestyle.  why? why this topic? here's why. so last few days (this happened about 1 month ago, but i've been procrastinating. soo) i went to one of courier services nearby with my sister. when i was about to park, i noticed, there was this one couple on motorcycle stopped at the side of road. i saw the guy winced in pain while his wife rubbing his chest, to ease the pain. i was stunned. i knew that was a typical sign of angina aka chest pain. i was considering in my head, 'what should i do? should get off my car and help him? but what can i do other than suggesting him to go to emergency or taking sublingual GTN? i dont have any GTN with me right now. it will be useless anyway. heck.' i parked my car. he then star...

professionalism

hola. i just want to rant out about something..  about this.  a part of me - is against this statement.  the fact that when encountering a patient, doctor/s need to listen to their complaint, their history of complaint, past medical history, history of hospital admission, any drugs history, allergy history, family history and social history yadayada. then proceed to relevant investigations according to the complaint the patient presented with. and then only come out with diagnosis. usually they would pick up the most common first. by means, you wouldnt be suspecting rare diseases first. sooo from the list of possible diseases (differential diagnosis) you just pick the most common diseases that relevant to the signs and symptoms, and as suggested from the results of the investigations done. treat by the first choice first.  some would say, 'ni je buat?' because it seems to be very lack of effort, but yea. to avoid unnecessary waste of resources. annndd as in the case ...

milk teeth

hellooo! how's everyone doing? *cupping one hand behind ear *crickets sound* ..  okay. sounds great guys! *nervous chuckles sooo now is 11:36pm and i am not even sleepy yet eventhough i had a longgggg day today. so before my eyes begging to sleep, i am going to rant a little about dental stuffs since it is weekday and i see people's teeth on a daily basis. (well you basically do that too. if you talk to people lah *smirk) like the title suggested.. i am going to talk about.. milk teeth.  why this topic? to be honest, i sort of having traumatic flashback about this one patient that i encountered in clinic last week. she was 3 years old girl, presented with recurrent swelling of gum on her upper front teeth. her mother complaint that she had multiple episodes of pain which causing her to stay awake at night, crying.  sooo a little fact check,  milk teeth start to erupt as early as 6 months old and completed by 3 years old. it could be varies but this is the common rang...

expect less

*knock knock* anybody's here..?  .. okay cool. it's safe to rant out.  soo earlier tonight, i went to a place accompanying my mother and my aunt for solat hajat. not a masjid, but it's an open space whereby people gathered there for performing solat jamaah - solat hajat and isya' for tonight. since it is an open space, i can see all jemaah lelaki and of course, the imam. aaaand there's a kitten wandering around this one guy. from afar, i can see that he treated the kitten well. he just pushed it away lightly whenever the kitten gets too excited rubbing his fluffy head at the guy's elbow. everything looks fine and peaceful until.. *insert a suspence music background* until.. the poor kitten decided to rub his head to the imam's forearm. unexpectedly, the guy straight up pushed the cat away with the force that would throw the poor cat about 1 meter away. not gonna lie, my mom and i were quite taken aback. the guy at the back of the imam immediately stood up an...

still walking

helo.  how's everyone doing now? great? cool cool. keep doing that, you look good.  this is just another post of 'hi-im-just-dropping-by'. to be honest, i don't really know what should i post here on blogspot. should i post something informative or just to keep it personal - as for my so-called online diary.  but here i am, just some random rants every now and then.  as for my life update, i'm currently still in my routine of boring-working-life. but to highlight some, i was with pusat pemberian vaksin (PPV) for 2 weeks in early august. not gonna lie, it was suuuuch an experience. i get to poke someone's shoulder.. with needles.. *insert smirk-creepy-smile* :P the work was fun, in a way. i don't know, though i am an introvert, i do enjoy meeting people at the facility. i enjoy seeing their excitedness and whatever reaction that they have towards getting vaccinated. elders.. youngsters.. all of them, with different kind of vibes each. this one incident at PPV...
