hello and salam. how is everyone doing? good? cool cool. stay good.

i've been ignoring this website for a quite some time now. it's time for another rant i guess. my last post was on January, which is almost 3 months ago. i can't quite say there's a lot of things happened, but there was something happened here and there. 

as the title suggested, i'm about to enter a new phase of life. a working life! phew~ after 5 months of being unemployed, with doing absolute nothing and a complete one month of being a research assistant - i can't guarantee my mind and my sedentary-body are ready for a 8-to-5-working-hour. quite a wreck to even think about.

but like that one famous quote said, "We will never be ready until we start." so i guess i'm just going to jump in whatever holes that come in front of my eyes. (is that even possible? but yea) i'm excited and terrified, all at once. 

and for the record.. this is my new placement, 


yep, going to be working at my place which is just 10 minutes away from where i live. Alhamdulillah 'ala kulli haal. a part of me just want to get out of my place and trying to brave out and live outside; but another part of me was just thinking.. maybe this is my opportunity to live close to my mother - to serve her well and help with her daily routines. 

there's always different ways of how you see certain things. to actually see it as a blessing or a total curse. but for this matter, i'll just take it as a blessing. i'll gain experience too, though it is in a different way. it's a veryyy long way to go. and i'm going to make it to full blast. In Shaa Allah.

do pray for me. do pray for my beings and journey. may Allah ease up yours too.

Procrastination? Yeah, kind of.

Procrastination. Sounds familiar, isn't it? You have a list of tasks to deal with, but instead - you just there, rearranging your books on the shelf. You have assignments to submit in a week time, but you're creating a cute bed for your new kitten. You need to contribute your part for group-work project, but instead you just cleaning and washing your bed-sheet for the second time of the week. You said you want to keep updating your blog, but yet, there - all the drafts that never made up to the public view. Familiar now? hm-mm. As most people claimed, procrastination is laziness? Well, I don't think so. Yes, the tasks are not done, but look at what you got? A tidy bookshelf, a cute bed for your cute kitten, a clean bed-sheet for you to sleep comfortably, and drafts on your blog that shows you actually have ideas and intentions to-do-so but-you-didn't. hola. i just want to rant out about something..  about this.  a part of me - is against this statement.  the fact that when encountering a patient, doctor/s need to listen to their complaint, their history of complaint, past medical history, history of hospital admission, any drugs history, allergy history, family history and social history yadayada. then proceed to relevant investigations according to the complaint the patient presented with. and then only come out with diagnosis. usually they would pick up the most common first. by means, you wouldnt be suspecting rare diseases first. sooo from the list of possible diseases (differential diagnosis) you just pick the most common diseases that relevant to the signs and symptoms, and as suggested from the results of the investigations done. treat by the first choice first.  some would say, 'ni je buat?' because it seems to be very lack of effort, but yea. to avoid unnecessary waste of resources. annndd as in the case ...
